TENCO Vertical volumetric filler

These air-operated volumetric fillers are constructed with food-grade materials. They can be easily placed anywhere without the need of special settings or arrangements. The product can be drawn from a container placed below the unit as well as from a storage container, and with no extra pump. Any type of container can be filled with low to medium viscosity product. Also particularly suitable for filling tin cans with edible oil. The filling volume can be easily adjusted within a 250 to 5.000 ml or 100 to 2.000ml range. Excellent performance also with industrial foaming products, such as cleansers, shampoos, bubble bath liquids etc. Indeed the components in contact with the product can resist many chemical substances (solvents excluded). The machine is mounted on wheels and it can be easily moved. Different sizes nozzles are available (diam. 25, 20, 16 mm) with s/steel no drop grids or shut off valves (0.5” or 1”).
