TENCO Semiautomatic system for filling and capping liquids and creams in jars

This semiautomatic air driven machine is suitable for filling and capping jars and or other containers with liquid / semiliquid products by mean of a Doselite® volumetric piston filler with a 5-380 ml and closing the same with 1 size of twist off cap. All the parts in contact with the product are manufactured with AISI 316 L stainless steel and food grade gaskets. The cap
is tightened by a pneumatic motor with torque regulation. This unit can fill viscous products containing soft particulates or fibres and it is suitable also for hot filling (90°c).
The operator puts the jar on the base of the machine. The volumetric filler determines the volume of product by a hand-wheel regulation. Suction and filling speed are both adjustable in compliance with the requirements. By manually moving a lever, the filling valve goes in working position; the operator starts the filling cycle by pressing a button.Successively, the operator puts the cap on jar and moves the closing head in capping position, through the lever system. The cap tightening is performed by pressing the start button. The cap torque application is adjustable.
Total price complete with 30 lt stainless steel hopper and hose tail for connecting the machine to the cooker and/or product storage tank.

TECHNICAL FEATURES:

The machine main frame is stainless steel AISI 304 made, on wheels.
All supports and shaft on the machine, that could get in contact with the product are stainless steel AISI 304 made.
Jar manual individual positioning.

1 volumetric dosing unit from 5 to 380 ml, AISI 316 L stainless steel made
1 food grade set of gaskets
1 three ways rotary valve
1 pneumatic two ways no drop valve with shut off nozzle
Food grade flexible hose
Hose tail for connecting the machine to the product storage tank
Single head capping unit composed by:
1 pneumatic motor
1 s/steel chuck for one size of twist off cap
Manual regulation of the height of the machine depending on the operator stature.
Air consumption, about 250 Nl/min.
Requirements: air compressed 2÷6 bar.

S/steel custom made chuck for each additional size of twist off caps
Additional shut off valve for liquids and semidenses products (shut off nozzles available: 25-15 mm; 21-13 mm; 18-10 mm)
