TENCO 4 INJECTORS SEMIAUTOMATIC AIR AND WATER RINSING MACHINE WITH PUMP 230V – 50 Hz

SEMIAUTOMATIC RINSING AND BLOWING MACHINE
This semiautomatic rinsing / blowing machine is suitable for blowing and washing bottles and jars
internal surface. It may be used with bottles from 0,2 up to 2 lt. Production is more or less 600
bottles/hour, with water needing of 0,2 lt. for bottle. This rinsing machine is equipped with a
container for water and cleaning product. By a pump, the cleaning solution is sent with pressure
to the two nozzles. Then, the cleaning solution is recovered and re-sent to the container. We
suggest to change the solution after a 2 hours work. The other 2 nozzles are used for blowing the
containers with filtered air compressed (0,01 μm final filtration). The machine must be connected
to a compressor.
